Decklink Duo 2 Driver Download

I'm having an issue with our Deckling Duo 2 disappearing on a Windows 10 machine.
Basically it either doesn't detect at all or sometimes works for a while than drops off. I've uninstalled Desktop Video 10.7.1 and reinstalled a couple of times now and the problem remains. The computer has a fresh install of Windows and only a few apps installed.

Blackmagic Decklink Duo Drivers In Windows 8.1 & Windows 10, right-click the Start menu and select Device Manager In Windows 8, swipe up from the bottom, or right-click anywhere on the desktop and choose 'All Apps' - swipe or scroll right and choose 'Control Panel' (under Windows System section) - Hardware and Sound - Device Manager. I'd like all my Decklink cards to work properly - 2x Decklink Quad, An Extreme 3D+, Decklink Duo and a Mini Recorder. Which driver do I need to install for all to work correctly? FYI I have the latest patched Windows 10 Pro and the latest BlackMagic drivers v10.11.2.0 Thanks.

Attached are some pics of the problems. I don't think it's a faulty card as a co-worker had similar issues. 2 Pics are of it working and then 3 of its slow progression into not working.

Then to this -
I can open Media Express and display an input over time the image will pause and when I re-open I get 'no devices detected'. Upon restart even device manager is reporting no cards installed. A cold reboot brings all the decklink cards back.
Whats particularly weird is that it generally works to start with on boot and then falls over for no reason - even if we don't start capturing.
